This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. There was zero communication and they legitimately never completed the job they were hired for. I worked with them to get a U-Box delivered to my apartment and picked up the next day. They were hours late the first day with zero communication about when I could expect them to arrive beyond telling me every 30 minutes or so that they were just 10 minutes away. For the pick up, they literally never showed up. I received one text from them telling me they would be arriving shortly but they never came despite me texting and calling multiple times. I ended up having to rent a truck to hitch the U-Box myself and deliver it. I highly suggest using literally any other third party moving company available.
