We scheduled a last minute move and though it was confirmed, the company owner, Ryan, kept trying to get us to change our date. We finally agreed at the last hour on the day they were supposed to move us and though we agreed to having the service a day later, we constantly had to call to find out when the movers were coming (unsatisfactory communication). When the movers finally arrived (toward the end of the day), they were polite and courteous but they scuffed up our walls and damaged our newly refinished floors. We have a newly constructed home and to have it damaged the first day was disheartening (unprofessional). We reported the damage right away (including photos) to the owner, Ryan, while we were providing the payment code and he said he would have it repaired or refund some of our money, but it's 3 weeks later and we still have NO REMEDY FOR THE DAMAGES ON THE GO MOVING caused (unacceptable). Save yourself all the trouble, PICK ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY!
