Showed up an hour and a half late, when I called at the scheduled time they said they didn't show up because of a light sprinkle. There were 2 crews. The first crew showed up 3 hours late. They worked hard, but was frustrating to be super late. They apologized, but when initially late. 'Do you still want movers to come?'.... felt not a priority at all. A different crew unloaded. They were very polite and worked very hard. They were told to rush and get it done quickly. Even though there was plenty of prepaid time. I was very happy to have movers, but didnt feel that customer service was a priority in my experience.
