Mainly leaving this review to get my $6 fee back. They shattered my TV screen and now won’t reply to any messages via text or the MovingHelp Dispute Resolution. They tried blaming me because they broke my screen after being asked to rearrange some items, but they agreed to rearrange those items, and moving things around is part of the job. They seemed nice, but not replying about any of this is unprofessional. They were fast and nice guys, and I do appreciate them coming by early in the morning when I needed help, but I don’t know if I’d trust them with my stuff again. It’s really unfortunate things turned out this way.

They were super helpful. Carried big things up stairs and withstood a cramped elevator. They were super friendly and a great ‘welcoming party’ to Portland. They were on time and went above and beyond with placing things inside. I couldn’t have done this move without them.
