They were definitely the best moving company I’ve booked in Houston so far. They got everything moved out in less than 2 hours from a third floor apartment.

Showed up HOURS LATE. Dented scratched and took literal chunks out of our furniture. We were told by uhaul that they would change the hours if we called close to them finishing since we weren't needing them the full time we booked (HOURS LATE so we started without them) but they didnt answer so we gave payment code anyways so they could leave. We planned to call when they opened to get reimbursement BUT they said it was between us and the moving company. Moving company has zero interest in refunding us for the HOURS they didnt work or for taking accountability for damaging our furniture. Should have checked reviews before using them but figured uhaul used reputable companies. Clearly not, the other reviews all sound similar. Taking and keeping money for work you didnt even do is sh.ty! Do better people.
