I had a very disappointing experience with Travis. Beyond being late and displaying a lack of professionalism during the move, he canceled on me last minute despite verbally confirming an additional hour. Furthermore, he failed to issue a complete refund for that unused hour, returning only $70 of the $75 charged. Poor communication and a lack of accountability overall.
