The owner is very nice.i would recommend for local moves. I was moving across the state. They were 2.5 hours late and I had to call at the arrival time to see where they were. The owner was fair and it is a challenge when a company is depending upon others. The people on my unloading side, their entire time table was altered by nearly five hours. Moving from a Saturday afternoon, to Saturday evening. The took items apart without talking to me. I would have put it in another vehicle. If the item broke while loading, they didn’t tell me. I noticed the owner and he asked for pictures and didn’t respond. He did all he could to make u for being late. The owner and his men worked quickly and professionally.

These gentlemen were amazing. They communicated well before arrival, were professional, timely and got to work as soon as they arrived. I gave a few loading instructions and they didn’t miss a beat. There was not so much as a ding, dent or scrape on any of my furniture. You just don’t see hard workers like this anymore. I will, without a doubt, use this company again for my next move.

230pm arrived at 5pm. Texted at 204pm to give an ETA of 330pm. Pot smell. Took my new blankets and replaced with used ones. On the phone while standing inside the truck. Was told 95 percent of items should be in the same place when I arrive! Poor communication, loading.
