I went with the recommended 2 people for 2 hours. When I called the day before to confirm times, they said I would probably need 3-4 hours. I said no problem I’ll pay. I asked to come at 10 they said 9 would be better I said no problem. Didn’t show up until 950 & at the wrong place (said he forgot to write my address down). They were nice, but terrible movers. I was on the third floor I watched them take several trips down with no items to ‘grab a dollie’ for items my little brother was taking down solo. They couldn’t take anything on the way down? Then told me they can only work 20 mins past the two hours because they were ‘2 hours late for their next move and she was mad’ HUH? Terrible scheduling. Then they needed a code from my phone for payment and my phone was dead so we had to wait 15 minutes to turn on and they just sat by their car and did nothing while waiting.. We basically moved my whole apartment on my own. They moved barely a couple pieces of furniture.. waste of money.

These guys were ready to go! They were great. We weren’t all the way organized and they were very patient and stayed the whole course of the job to see it through until the end with smiles on their faces. I will definitely hire them again.
