I recently used WeMove NC to help unload my Uhaul ubox. Tai and Brandon were prompt, good communicators coordinating arrival times and logistics, and fast to unload the pod. They took extra care with my fragile items and even took the time to ask me which rooms I wanted each item deposited in. I would strongly recommend them! It was one of the fastest, easiest moves I’ve had.

Uhaul did not provide the movers with the correct address. The mover supervisor told me that they could come to the correct address if I gave the workers $40 to split. I was OK with that because I was going to tip them anyway. But it was just unprofessional. Then the movers damage some of the wall in the apartment, and the super noticed it. I went back and looked it over and it definitely was new damage from the move. When I contacted the supervisor at We Move, he just argued about the likelihood it was his movers.i inspected my furniture, there is damage on my dresser that probably caused the wall damage. It’s not extreme damage where it’s going be that expensive but it’s just the principle that he is avoiding responsibility. With that said, is there anything U-Haul can do to help?
