The two guys showed up an hour early, which we were not quite prepared for. They immediately got to work which was great, and one took the lead in figuring out how to fit everything in the trailer. While successfully fitting everything, we fishtailed quite a bit on the road and more weight should have been placed in the front. One of the guys was distracted and not as helpful, taking personal calls and causing us to have to jump in and help reorganize items in the trailer and cars. I was fairly disappointed as previous reviews had raved about professionalism and loading expertise. These guys needed significant oversight and direction, and would sometimes be found standing around doing nothing instead of loading a car with the items around them. If you need the manpower, be prepared to be consistently managing them.

I had a very small apartment and I’m a minimalist, so I didn’t have many things to move. Johnathan and his helper arrived promptly and proceeding to look everything over and quickly strategized how to get everything into the small Uhaul. When we actually got to the storage location I discovered the unit was a lot smaller than I’d imagined, but Johnathan told me, We’ll make it work, and they certainly!!!

I had to book last minute and Steve made it happen. The crew that showed up the following day was early and motivated. They stacked a 26 foot truck in 3 hours and I hade some heavy items. Absolutely great company, I highly recommend them.
