I booked them for 3 hours and the job was done in 2. That’s fine, however, they chose not to use the dolly I rented and things were handled a bit rough in haste. They could have used the time to be more careful. Scooted furniture caused mild floor scuffs. This is my third time to use a crew from U-Haul. The others were 10s. These guys worked hard and I appreciated their help. I didn’t tip because they were paid $85 for an hour they didn’t have to work.
