DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The guys that showed up brought no dolly (after I specifically asked if one would be needed or if they would have one, which I was told they would bring one). They attempted to bring a large empty bureau upstairs without taking out the drawers first - as the drawers are slamming into the wall, I had to tell them to take out the drawers. Then they broke my marble dining room table. All they had to do was empty a truck of limited furniture and 64 boxes. They were so slow, I had to put on my sneakers and worked faster and moved as much as they did, if not more. The ABSOLUTE WORST MOVING COMPANY I have ever dealt with, and I have moved a lot due to work the last 5 years. I would give zero stars if it were an option. Completely unprofessional in every way.

I will never use this company’s service again. I had an injury and I wasn’t there during moving. They called me to confirm all of the details and we confirmed their and my family arrival time between 4pm and 5pm. My moving supposed to start at 5pm and finish at 8pm. They arrived super early at 3;40pm, called me 4 times and texted the way that I am doing something wrong. They left at 4;20pm , and my family arrived at 4;30pm which was in the timeframe of our arrival agreement (between 4pm and 5 pm). Closer to 5pm I called them to make sure they are coming back and we can start on time. I had u-haul booked from 4pm to 8pm. Movers arrived only at 5;40pm so we were running super late. During their help my family told me how unprofessional guys’ help was and they had to carry stuff too, to be able to move everything on time. Also, they added that guys were super weak and organized furniture in a truck very poorly. So, I would never use their service again
