Poor communication, service and not reliable. Scheduled two helpers for two hours. Ended up with only one helper for two hours. Still paid the same amount for the help of two. End of the move results a broken desk I bought 5 years ago that will cost $400 more to replace today. Dominique Estrill the owner I have not heard back from in 2 weeks regarding the claim he filed for the broken desk. Not to mention the business phone number listed on the company profile says ‘the subscriber you trying to reach is not able to accept calls at this time’ Not even a business voicemail. They probably don’t have insurance or bonding either. The worse moving experience I ever had.

Only one mover showed up at 1115 I was supposed to have two movers from 0900-1100. The one that showed was good, but most of the big stuff was already loaded by myself, which is why I contracted for two movers. Not satisfied at all and would like money refunded.
