The movers were excellent. They were polite, moved fast, took super heavy items up 17 stairs and never complained. I had them for 2 hours, it only took them 1 hour to unload a completely packed 15' UHaul !! They helped put the bed frame together and placed the bed and other heavy items where I asked them to. They were Awesome.

Communication was great. They showed up soon after our Upack arrived. Finished unloading with time to spare and helped remove moving blankets, plastic wrap, and assess the damage the company that loaded the trailer caused. Great experience!

This was the worst moving company I have ever used. The movers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The owner was also rude and unprofessional. The movers were not considerate of my possessions. They broke several things and scratched up most of my furniture. They packed my storage unit in a way that did not utilize the space well. My 70 inch tv was placed on top of multiple boxes and at an angle. Boxes were falling out of the unit when it was opened. I’m still cataloging all of the damages. The owner is demanding and wouldn’t give me 2 hours to talk with U-Haul about my service before threatening to sue me. Sent the same rude employ to my house threatening legal action. That same employee was racist to my friend. Horrible company and don’t even deserve the one star. Beware!
