Jamal was exceptional with all aspects of the move. He was quick to communicate with me when I requested help through U-Haul app. He answered questions thoroughly and on the day of the move he was amazingly efficient and effective getting all the contents into the Ubox. He was able to get the job done well under the 2 hours I contracted him for. Jamal was very professional and pleasant. He and his co-worker had to go up several sets of stairs in warm weather and did so white a smile . I highly recommend Jamal to those looking for moving help.

Jamal is amazing! He gave me tips to help me prepare, communicated with me throughout the process, and carefully loaded the truck with all our family heirlooms. I can’t recommend them enough! Amazing team and did it all nonstop & with a smile. From the beginning I felt good with my choice with Heavenly Movers as they kept me well in the loop with their ETA. The place I was moving from didn’t have an elevator but they got it all done. They really cared about my stuff and let me know what should be wrapped to keep clean and be moved most safely. They even maneuvered an IKEA wardrobe out my small hallway and down the stairs PERFECTLY intact. When I first bought it my dad told me not to buy one secondhand because they break when transported, then Jamal warned me it may not survive the move before attempting to get it out. But get it out they did. 10 out of 10. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
