Fantastic service. Great communication from the onset. Derek and Steven went straight to work upon arriving. Worked INCREDIBLY efficiently. Our moving truck, which we thought might not be large enough, was packed with Tetris champion skills and plenty of room to spare. They were also supremely polite and professional. As a frequent mover and user of different moving services - 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Jake and his team were great. When an unexpected issue arose related to an employee (nothing related to the move), Jake himself stepped up and helped out to get this done! I was incredibly impressed with his team and will use them or recommend them for all moves!

+ I needed to reschedule my move 3 times, great experience there. +Took bed apart, and book cases apart +Offered to come back the next day and finish, but I have to work. - today was the worst move I have experienced for the most money I was told I was the last move so when we went over, it wouldn't be a problem. They had 2 prior jobs today, but because the 2nd job, people traveling from Milwaukee, kept delaying, they got rescheduled for AFTER my move. At least 5 phone calls to workers AND to me, very interruptive. Didn't get everything moved, we had to finish unloading ourselves. Was told they would have a dolly, they didn't. They didn't inform me I needed to take apart the treadmill. Wasted time deciding where to put things in the truck. I have to now hire another day-movers to finish I have helped move my daughter many times, and she used UHauls people, always had good results. This was not a good day.
