The move got done, but the process was pretty chaotic. My scheduled time kept changing, and the movers arrived later than expected. There were also internal scheduling issues that led to one crew leaving mid-job and another finishing. That said, everyone was polite and worked hard. Sonny in particular was very friendly and tried to make things right. Overall, I’d recommend improving scheduling and communication to make the experience smoother. I tipped them in cash. I hope they split it with the original 2 movers.

The movers were very quick, getting our studio apartment loaded in 40 minutes and unloaded in 40 minutes. There was severe damage to one of our drawers, but we took that risk not wrapping our dresser. Overall the movers, were good communicators, respectful, and very efficient.

The movers were nice and respectful throughout the job. They arrived about two hours late, but they did communicate they were running late on the way to location. They brought their own dolly which was helpful. Few pieces of furniture were accidentally damaged during the move. Nothing major, just not the most careful handling. Overall, the service was okay. Just be aware that timing may not be ontime and there’s a chance of minor damage, so plan accordingly.
