Kells was A1 but the other guy was subpar and didn't really have a pleasant attitude. I don't feel like I got my money's worth. I would hire Kells again but I wouldn't hire the other guy. Also, the explanation of how this work is not good at all. I did not know that the movers were third party which left me without enough time to unload the truck at my storage unit because it was closed. The combination of that and the other worker's lack of effort and energy has left me frustrated and unsatisfied. Y'all have to make it more clear how the helpers work. I would've called and scheduled the movers much earlier. I was under the assumption that the movers were at uhaul and I would meet them when I picked up the truck. Very disappointing.

When a previously scheduled mover, Move This, LLC was a no show at it appointment and left me sitting in a hot Public Storage unit for two hour, Finesse Movers came to the rescue quickly, professionally and at a very affordable rate. Joey and Tyler were on it! I hired them for two hours and they loaded up the truck in just over an hour. If my son and I would have loaded the U-Haul on our own, there’s no way we could have fit everything but Joey and Tyler figured it out. I’m so grateful and would hire them again!

Great easy move. My partner and I moved my items to our new place ahead of his move and I had a lot of stuff. These guys were quick, and even fit a bed frame through an impossible door. They communicated every step of the way. Highly recommend.

I would not hire this company again. They were scheduled from 9 AM to 12 PM but arrived one hour late and worked from 10 AM to 3 PM. I was charged for two extra hours, plus they demanded an additional $80 per person for heavy items. I ended up paying $355 extra. They were not prepared even after arriving late. They did not bring their own dolly or proper equipment. I also noticed they were taking breaks when I was occupied with other tasks, which made the job take much longer. The day before, another moving company moved the exact same items from the container to the U-Haul truck in about one hour with no extra fees. This company took five hours for the same items. They also caused damages. They removed the plastic cover from my mattress and dragged it, making it dirty and unusable. They left holes in my unit, which caused charges to me, and damaged my furniture, including holes in my chairs and sofa. I am requesting a refund and compensation for all damages.
