From the time I booked the movers they messaged me to get the details down and planned out. When the day came they confirmed everything. Showed up early and got everything moved down in the 4 hours we had them! They were very professional and handled all of our belongings with care like it was their own. They talked us through the whole process explained how they stacked and moved everything into the U-Haul. I honestly could only say that Conner and Austin were the absolute best we could have ever hoped for. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommend this company to EVERYONE we know!!!! They sent an old man, a kid, and 1 decent mover. They were SSLLOOWWW. Took many breaks and we’re not enthusiastic at all. I told the company my concerns and said I don’t want to be charged by their long breaks. They lied and said it was 5 min, lie. Company acted very upset and unprofessional but I refused to pay for slow lazy service for additional hours. Never again. Horrible experience.
