My movers left my apartment building because of an issue with parking, which I had resolved, and was waiting on them at my lobby. They proceeded to go to McDonald's and order food, cutting into my moving hours. When they finally started moving things, they did not let me down by the truck. They broke the service elevator so, moving was halted & I basically paid them to eat McDonald's & sit on a couch. They did two loads of things & basically just threw my furniture in the truck, leaving major gaps in between and then throwing things over the top so they's fall in between the pieces. Because of this, the truck was basically full, & I still had things to put in there. I had a truck big enough for a two-bedroom apartment & I only had one bedroom of furniture and then a small living area. It was plenty big. PLUS, I had already taken ALL boxes to my storage unit so they only had to move my furniture, tv's, and couch pillows. I had to rearrange the truck by myself & finish the move on my own
