Overall, the team was very friendly and professional, but we were disappointed with the move itself. Before they arrived, we had already moved over 70 percent of our boxes and furniture downstairs or into the garage to make things easier. Even with that, the process was very slow and we had to pay for an extra hour. We were moving about five hours away with a 30-foot enclosed trailer, but it was packed so unevenly that our F350 long bed dually was weighed down badly in the back and we almost had to stop and flip the hitch to make it safer. Several items also arrived damaged, including our TV stand, metal dresser, garage shelving, carts missing wheels, and parts of our Blackstone, including bent side tables. We also used one of our own Barefoot Dreams blankets to help since we did not have enough moving blankets, and it came back covered in tape and likely ruined. We have not even fully unpacked yet, so we are worried there may be more damage we have not found yet.

Jason and Miguel were awesome! We were moving from Tucson, Arizona and needed help unloading a moving truck in Dallas, Texas. The team with Acme was fantastic! My husband and I thought we could handle what we needed to do today and that was not the case. We put the request in for help right away on a Sunday afternoon and Brighid called us right away. She confirmed what we needed and called her team. She called me right back to let me know Jason and Miguel were on their way. Jason called to let me know when they would arrive and there were there on time. The fixed our very poor start of packing the Uhaul and got everything in and done for us. They even helped up move some big items to the curb that we were not taking.
