They were 10 minutes late arriving to the load site. When we headed to the unload site, they stopped for gas and snacks which took an additional 15 minutes, and then added 30 minutes to my final bill amount because U-Haul does not allow them to bill in 30 minute increments. If that is true, that is ridiculous. In the end, I was overcharged 1 hour at $84.50. When I reached out to Rashawn, the owner of Flash Moving Services via text, I explained why he needed to reimburse the additional hour back to my credit card, he simply justified his reasoning for the additional hour.

Braydon and RaShawn were awesome! Worked hard, we’re so patient, and helped me with difficult move. I appreciate the care they took moving my items, even my grandmother’s heavy corner hutch going down a flight of stairs. They didn’t give me grief when I had two drop offs for my items, or when the job went two hours past my 4 hours. They still kept working hard to help me finish my move. Job well done and very much appreciated.
