This is my second attempt at rating, and I don’t know if the first one got through. I will also have movers unloading at my destination, and the email I was initially sent combined both the loading and unloading together. I asked for the unloading to be sent in a separate email, so there’s no further confusion. The young gentlemen that loaded my truck today were so wonderful, I wanted to make this second rating be seen and recognized. The movers today provided EXCELLENT service. They were very professional, pleasant and respectful to this old lady. They loaded my truck perfectly. I’m giving them a 20 percent tip. If I miss the tipping option, please make sure they receive this well-deserved tip. I really hope my unloading experience ends up being as nice as today’s.

I requested a 3-person team. The company only sent 2 people. I requested a start time of 8 30 am (which the company confirmed). The 2-person crew showed up at 10 am. The helpers were friendly and courteous.
