5 Stars on everything but communication which I gave a 4 star. Will from Affordable Professional Moving contacted me quickly after I put in the move order which was great and he told me everything I needed to know. The day of the move, Cedric and his guys let me know when they were on their way a few hours before the designated time and they were awesome loading the truck! My only recommendation is it would be nice to get a call from the company the night before to confirm they would be there the next day because we had no plan ‘B’ if they didn’t show up.

My two movers were great - friendly, professional, and hard working. Communication from company coordinator was 5-star before move date, but could've been 1-star better day of regarding later-than-expected arrival time (1 plus hours).
