So beyond impressed by the professionalism, politeness, communication and efficiency of management and the team leading up to the move and the work by Alex and Xavier on the day of the move. We were contacted beforehand to confirm time and location and the management team was even flexible when we asked for a later meeting time because we were running late. On the day of, Alex and Xavier were very punctual, and got straight to work. They did not waste any time, moved everything from the 15 foot U-Haul and our SUV in record time without damaging anything. They were so polite and kind they even folded the furniture pads and put them back into the U-Haul for us. Could not recommend this team more. This was my first time using movers and was very nervous, but this couldn’t have been a better first experience. Will definitely reach out to them again for future moves. Highly highly recommend!
