They stayed an extra hour (+1 star), and the manager came and did a great job (+1 star). The other worker tho didn't really pull his weight and we weren't pleased with that (-1 star).

We are so grateful we could book at the last minute. The two guys brought a dolly and jumped right in. The 6x12 U-haul was unpacked and into the house in less than the booked time. Both were courteous and extremely accommodating to our requests for the location of each of the boxes.
