Our mover communicated with us as soon as we booked the service. He arrived on time and had the UBox unloaded in about an hour. He set the furniture where we asked and even made sure a desk leg that came loose during the UBox transit was put back on and told us how to make it more secure. Nice guy.

Tony was a lifesaver!! We had booked and contacted 4 other moving companies and they either didn’t answer any calls or emails, their phone was disconnected, or their voicemail was full. Tony not only answered the phone when we called at 6pm the night before our move, but he squeezed us in because he could hear how desperate we were. Mike was an angel and helped us move a large couch and again, assured us everything was going to work out. Tony even let us know to buy a lock, which we definitely did not have. We couldn’t have asked for better movers and highly recommend them to anyone moving! Thank you, Tony and Mike!

Nothing I write will do justice to Tony's incredible service. He went beyond out of his way to pick up, transport, unload, and return my ubox with no advance notice & despite major technical & communication issues on Uhaul 's part. apologies in advance, but I have to admit that I found Tony's integrity & generosity truly... moving.
