We had booked a 2hr service, and I saw the good reviews from AE; were in a bind of having to move cross country in only a few days of packing, and were able to secure 2 movers. We had Marquise and Naz. Everything was perfect with their service. They were friendly, professional, hard-working, experienced, and helped us with the hardest things. We are very appreciative of them, especially given the hot time of day, and tipped. The communication we did not give the full score for using the company itself, either U-Haul or the third party contracting company - because we weren't sure if we were to get a hold of the personnel or not; We had one email that said we were supposed to contact the movers ourself, with the email and # given (it was reachable, we eventually got through, a call back). But in another reservation location, it said they would contact us, so I just decided to call and email, communicated to them anyway and got through, but they did not always receive my message.
