if I could leave 0 stars, I would. Tim outsourced to Craigslist & had 2 random men show up for a job ‘2hr loading.’ I paid for 3 hours loading&unloading. The men were beyond angry that I lived on the 3rd floor, complained the entire time. 1 man stopped working a third of the way through leaving the job to 1 man. Smoking weed & cigarettes the entire time. Told me they weren’t unloading me, bc that’s not what they were hired for. They drug my BRAND NEW white furniture down 3 flights of concrete stairs ruining it. Ruined my w&d by doing the same. I bought wrap, blankets, dolly, etc to protect my things & they REFUSED to use. Had 2 go 2 atm for $100 so they WOULD unload my stuff. Completely unprofessional, Tim has refused to take any responsibility, tried to make it right or return my call 2 & half weeks later. The men still try to contact me for more $$. Puts me in a very unsafe position as a single mom. Pls take this man off this platform ASAP

The move itself started out fine. Raul and Ruben arrived on time and moved items efficiently, though I did have to direct them and insist that the garage be fully emptied (there was adequate space in the 26-ft truck). The issue occurred at the end. After I provided the U-Haul payment code (the agreed method of payment), the movers claimed I owed an additional $160 in cash, which I never agreed to. I contacted the owner, Tim, who stated he would handle it. Shortly after leaving the storage unit, Raul and Ruben followed my vehicle aggressively on the highway, lane-for-lane, attempting to get us to pull over. This was frightening and completely inappropriate. I ultimately filed a police report due to the behavior. While the physical move was mostly fine, the unprofessional and unsafe conduct afterward is the reason for the low rating.

Chritobal did a wonderful job. Last time we used him the help had a wreck with a deer and totaled their car plus injured. Cristobal called telling me what happened, but said he was going to reach out and find a replacement, which he did. THIS WAS A GREAT RELIEF TO US, FOR WE FELT HELPLESS- BUT CHRISTOBAL CAME THROUGH TAKING CARE OF US. THANK YOU CHRISTOBAL. DONE RIGHT MOVING WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. DS
