I am extremely dissatisfied with my unloading session. The movers arrived without tools or a dolly, and one mover was not physically fit to handle my items. Many belonging are broken, including my family heirloom antique desk-and neither Moving Help party will take responsibility for the damage. The movers acted unprofessionally. The lead mover sexually harassed me and smoked black and milds. The smell! The movers ignored my request to place items where I requested. My freshly painted walls are dented. Hours were wasted waiting for tools before completing only part of the job. My move was left incomplete, forcing me to hire additional movers, pay additional fees, and endure significant stress. I expect a full investigation and resolution.

Really kind team but several issues, communication was lacking around etas and how late they would be, several items were scratched from improperly laying things face down on concrete, and the corners of my walls were dinged coming in (main point of contact offered to repair), and overall just a lack of professionalism. Job was done in a timely manner once they arrived, but overall would not re-book.

There was a push back on time due to my storage company but everything went so smooth after that the first group was super fast and efficient and the second group came in and was just as fast everyone was helpful and professional they were really awesome
