I scheduled River City last minute after another MovingHelp mover canceled on me. Jim called me and assured me that they would show up and that they were about 35 minutes away. Overall the guys were nice, punctual, and fast. I wasn’t contacted until 3 days before I scheduled them to come, so that was a little stressful. My only complaint is they didn’t seem inclined to use the furniture pads I had until I specifically told them to, and then things weren’t completely wrapped in them. They also had to take a door off its hinges, and then didn’t put it back on afterwards.
