The crew was not prepared for the job. They began loading incorrectly, ran out of room on the truck, ran out of time, and left me hanging. Damaged several pieces of furniture, and disassembled a dance floor that I had specifically asked them not to do. I had to extend the truck rental by a day. I was told by John that they would return the next morning to complete the job. They did not show up. Fortunately, I had arranged for another crew to assist them so it would be done quickly. The helper crew had to complete the job. I cannot say that John and his crew did not work, but they did not have the experience to handle the job properly. I was disappointed that they did not show up the next morning. It wasn't going to be free. We had agreed on a rate. I would say if you have nice furniture, or have a big job I would not hire this crew.

These folks meant business from the get-go. Very professional and courteous the entire time. Were very careful and deliberate with moving fragile things. In two hours, we moved a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home to a second floor 2b-2b apartment. Jon was an absolute tetris master getting everything in my 20’ uhaul. Highly recommended! A++++

I have to say, honestly, they were late. And I thought they might be a no show. But they did show up, and when they did they really made up for the tardy arrival. Very good work, very personable, and likeable. The job was was completed quickly. I would highly recommend!
