The movers showed up 2 hours later than expected. Their handling of boxes and other items to be moved was somewhat reckless. We had musical instruments and microphones which were haphazardly stacked on a dolly When they dolly was brought in and set up, the items began to fall. Luckily there were people to catch them before they hit the concrete floor. I was appalled at the lack of understanding of how to load items in a truck such that they would be secure during transport.
