This company needs to improve their time management and communication. They started one hour later than communicated and completed three and an half hours later than communicated. All of my items were handled with care however for the price of service I expected more proactive communication and professionalism.

They were over two and half hours late, which caused a delay on other tasks, but did call to advise. Raphael and his coworker did a fine job of organizing and packing. They were professional and easy to work with. The storage container was completely full and well arranged. Overall...well done.

Wish he contacted me the day before to confirm the time. The guy was perfection but he was booked all day so have to be careful how long he would be able to help you with the loading. The assembly might be tough since the time is limited.

This simple deliver and unload job took 6 days to complete and a lot of headaches, texts and phone calls to moving help to coordinate. For some reason moving help sold me just a deliver and return and not the unload, so I paid more for the unload, which had to happen the next day with myself and one person it took less than an hour- then pick up wasn’t available till the next week so my ubox sat on the driveway for 6 days. It got done eventually with coordinating with a neighbor to move their car. I felt stressed. I handed a tip to the additional mover who helped unload into the apartment.
