i had to call them back to load my pod. they said they didn’t do that. was only able to get them to load one thing before i was so uncomfortable i let them leave when they complained again. as a single female i wish i’d had a guy there with me so they would have done what i paid for. huge mistake. i wish i could get my money back.

Unfortunately, the movers were very late because they went to the wrong facility to pick up the Uboxes. Then, Uhaul only gave them a single trailer, so they could only bring and pack one Ubox at a time. This made the process take several more hours than it should have.
