Ok overall experience. Movers were about 30 minutes late. They were nice guys, but not experienced movers. They struggled with the heavy items (washing machine, etc.) and I ended up taking the heavy end to help them out.

The crew was supposed to be here at 9am They were over 2 hrs & 30 minutes late. First they were stuck in traffic, then they had a flat tire. Neither of them was wet or dirty from changing a tire. I wasted most of my morning waiting for them. Being on time is big with me. I would not hire this company again.

I chose Xpress Moving because of their reasonable rate of $200 per hour. Arthur, the owner, confirmed in advance that they’d bring a dolly and tools since I mostly needed help with assembly and moving a few items. However, the movers arrived 30 minutes late without a dolly or tools. I contacted Arthur, who assured me he’d bring the dolly shortly, but he never showed up. The movers were polite and got the furniture inside eventually, but without a dolly, it took two hours instead of the estimated 30-45 minutes. Afterward, I requested a discount, and Arthur promised to reimburse any extra time over an hour. He asked for my Venmo info, saying he couldn't process the refund through U-Haul, but then stopped responding after getting his payment code. I reached out again, and he declined to honor the refund he promised. I would not recommend this company; Arthur misrepresented the service and failed to fulfill his promises.
