I hired 2 helpers for 4 hours. I got 1 helper for 2.75 hours. The guy was somewhat helper. The woman was useless. She sat in her car for over half the time, and then when she was in the house she was trying to instruct us what and how to do rather than move stuff herself. They showed up 2 hours late so a lot of stuff was already done and then we didn't need them for the 4 hours. They also took 30 minutes to return from the storage unit to the house when the trip takes 4 minutes. Would never hire them again. Such a joke.

did not tell me they would be late until 40 minutes after their scheduled time (9am) and I had to call multiple times to even get a a response, told me they were an hour out still then wanted to push the time to noon and then they claimed to have car troubles, showed up at the wrong location and eventually showed up at 5;20 pm, once they finally got here they did a good job loading quickly, however unload was a much slower process and they took a break which is fine but they left my stuff all over the hallway and stairwell while they sat which I did not like, they were arguing amongst themselves and complaining about the stairs and there were a lot of stairs I know it's a tough move but I let them know when I booked and obviously that's why I hired movers, I personally would never hire them again but they got the job done in 3 hours instead of the 5 I scheduled so I appreciate that at least, they were the cheapest option I had so you get what you pay for but very unreliable time wise
