Amateurs. Damaged walls, floors and expensive furniture. Couldn't get a couch and armoire out of my house so I had to hire professional movers afterward. Tried to walk off the job in the afternoon. I could go on and on .,. Beware

My experience with AV Moving Services could not have been more positive! Jose and Angel seem like genuinely good people who are really good at their jobs. Scheduling the time in advance was simple. On the day of the move. they were delayed by issues with their earlier job (through no fault of their own). Jose sent me a very apologetic text and let me know that they may be a little later than the agreed upon time. Shortly after, he gave me an ETA and then showed up 10 minutes earlier. Excellent communication! When they got to my place, they introduced themselves and got right to work. In addition to loading the U-Haul truck, I needed help moving some large items within my townhouse. They were happy to oblige. They were very professional and careful overall. I highly recommend Jose and Angel, and would absolutely use them again! (Also, we happily gave each a cash tip.)

Awesome work from Jose and Angel. 5 stars. Worked hard, took very few quick breaks, and were very kind despite a long move. Highly recommend.
