Jorge had great communication throughout the entire move. He called to let me know when they were heading to pick up the U-Box, when they had it in their possession, and when they arrived at my apartment. In total, I had about two hours' notice from the initial call until they arrived, which made it easy to plan around. I scheduled two movers, but they brought a third mover at no additional cost. They also brought a dolly, which made moving everything much easier. After unloading everything, they helped me with my bed frame and even waited while I set up my desk frame, which was a bit more complicated. Overall, they were helpful, communicative, friendly.
