I paid $418 for what was advertised as a VIP Service ( still I don't know why they upgraded the service to VIP and charged me so much, while they didn't do any help pr anything!). for U-Box delivery and pickup, but it turned into one of the worst moving experiences I’ve had. The boxes were delivered on the 27th and were supposed to be picked up on the afternoon of the 28th. That day, the movers stopped answering my calls and messages entirely. In the evening, they finally replied and said they would come early the next morning on the 29th. On the 29th, they again did not show up, did not answer their phones for hours, and then postponed the pickup to the evening. Because of this, I had serious issues with my building management and other residents were affected. They only showed up at 11 p.m. after I contacted Moving Help support. Avoid this company unless you want the worst possible moving experience, full of delays, poor communication, and stress.

Unprofessional and Unacceptable Service I hired this moving company through UHaul, and it's been a nightmare. They showed up over 2 hours late, and the crew arrived with a smaller van than requested, which led to unnecessary extra trips. The estimate for 3 hours of service was around 241CAD, but the final bill was a shocking 660CAD and they didn't even finish the job! The boss was uncooperative and refused to provide a clear estimate, and things took a turn for the worse when I couldn't pay the full amount on the spot. The crew wouldn't let me leave until their boss arrived on the scene, and I was left feeling harassed and scared, surrounded by 3 men at 1am. I had to call the police to intervene. Needless to say, I will never be using this company again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. 1 star is even too generous.
