We booked them the same morning with 2.5 hours notice because the original movers we booked essentially canceled on us via email at 8pm the night before. Strong Arms stepped in last minute to help us out of the jam. On short notice, they showed up on time and ready to work. We booked them for 2 hours. The crew was very professional and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend their services!

They kept going back to their car to smoke weed and came back in smelling my house up like weed. They did not know how to load a truck because they couldn’t even get my entire house on a 26 ft truck when I didn’t have anything but most boxes and containers very little furniture. They came out and agreed to move me for 2 days if I paid them $400 out of pocket and give them the code for the additional charge U-Haul charged me. When I called to ask them to come the second day they agreed to help they wanted more money. We agreed they would do my entire house and building for the $400 cash and the 380.95 from U-Haul. They don’t know what they are doing they aren’t movers and aren’t professional at all!!!!

Finding movers on New Year’s Eve at the last minute felt nearly impossible, but this team showed up like absolute lifesavers. On incredibly short notice, they were responsive, professional, and reassuring from the very first call. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings with care and respect—no rushing, no complaints, just calm professionalism the entire time. Moving is stressful on any day, but doing it on a holiday could have gone sideways fast. Instead, they made it smooth, organized, and surprisingly peaceful. What really stood out was their attitude. Kind, patient, hardworking, and genuinely willing to help when they didn’t have to be. You could tell they take pride in their work and understand how big a moment moving day can be for someone. If you ever need movers especially in a pinch this is the team you want. I’m incredibly grateful and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you for showing up when it mattered most.
