Jacob and Michael were awesome, they somehow fit our 2-bedroom worth of stuff in a 20-foot truck... turns out we have a bit too much. It was seriously impressive how they packed it all in there, taking care of our furniture and ensuring it was safe during our long drive. These two guys cared about our funiture more than we do, really ensuring with some physics and blankets that nothing would move or get scratched - with a level of care that was really appreciated, like how our house plant leaves were positioned. We would know because our unload company we hired bailed on us so we got to see how everything was meticulously packed. I would highly recommend getting Jacob and Michael, top notch guys if you're moving in the bay area.

I thought I was paying for the time from the moment the move started to the moment the move finished. Instead, it turned out that before the move started, about 1 hour was spent renting the truck and driving it to the starting point, and after the move finished, about 45 minutes were spent getting gas for the truck and driving it back to U-Haul and returning it. So about 1 hour 45 mintutes extra were spent — and I had to pay $280 extra (2 hours' worth). I paid, but the extra charge struck me as unexpected and excessive.
