Choose another moving company!! This was a horrible experience. I used this company twice and the first time was fine. The second time they sent me the most unprofessional movers. They damaged many items and when it came to taking ownership they referred me to insurance. My claim was denied completely. The safe move is not worth it! The company owner Shaquille White stopped answering my calls or texting back. Bad business!

Communication with Carrington was spot on. He arrived when he said he would and immediately began to attack our load. Nate and Marcus were great to work with placing items where we asked being extremely careful in handling them. We have very heavy furniture mostly Hickory, Oak and Maple. Not a problem with these guys. Carrington is a very dedicated Team Leader and can handle any load. He figures out how to get the furniture into each location without any damage to furniture or home. I would highly recommend this company and definitely this team for your next load or unload. They will get the job done and you will be satisfied. Polite and good representatives to the brand.
