Mixed experience. They kept delaying and were an hour late getting started. After that they were efficient, maybe too efficient. I should have purchased Safeload coverage. The movers were not careful and scratched furniture, scratched a wooden floor, and hit and scratched walls along the way. An expensive wooden desk was damaged, and I have no recourse without the insurance coverage. Unfortunately I cannot recommend these movers.

An awful experience. Noone showed up on site the day of the job. Had to call Uhaul itself to get a call back from the company. One guy showed up an hour later than contracted. Another guy about 45 minutes after that. The first guy worked hard and gave me two hours but my whole move was off schedule and I had to start loading stuff myself not knowing if they would show up. Workers were fine when they got there, but this company stinks. I heard nothing from them and when I called them, full voicemail and an email went unanswered. Do not waste your time or money on this firm. Uhaul needs a better vetting procedure for Moving Help. This company should be removed from the site.

Marlin (not sure if I spelled it right) and George did a magnificent job. They moved all the furniture (for which I needed movers mostly) and a lot of boxes in the apartment within the 2 hour timeframe. Communication before and during the job was very smooth. I highly recommend this business and those 2 guys for any moving job!

I recently used Heavy Lifters to move my two-bedroom house and a 10x10 storage unit, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations. First, their promptness was remarkable. They arrived right on time, ready to tackle the job efficiently. The team wasted no time in getting to work, which was a huge relief considering the stress of moving day. Speaking of efficiency, I was blown away by how fast they worked. Despite the tight space of the 20-foot U-Haul, they expertly packed and organized everything, ensuring nothing was damaged in transit. It was like watching a well-oiled machine in action. What truly set them apart, though, was their courtesy and professionalism. Not only were they incredibly respectful of my belongings, but they also showed the same level of respect for my home. I was pleasantly surprised when they took off their shoes before walking on carpet. Highly Recommended! Overall, I can't recommend

The three gentleman that helped us move were the most polite and courteous men I have ever met. They were professional and efficient. They made great use of a small window of time and went well beyond my expectations. They took care in handling my items and everything was delivered to the new place beautifully.
