I don't know how Marlon executes his organization when it comes to stacking on these trucks but he makes magic happen! Even with the highest items, he fits them in there. If something may not work out, he informs you. Its rare though. He gives direction to his team members as well. Very well collaboration and team work. He is very quick too. You will not be disappointed. Keep giving him and his team positive reviews!

I’ve never had such a bad experience with a moving service before. I entered the correct address and zip code, and even though I was 12 minutes late (my fault), they warned me they only had two hours. I thought that was fine since similar moves usually take about 1.5 hours. When I arrived, they claimed they were at the address, but they clearly weren’t. They had entered the wrong location into GPS, then blamed me for giving a wrong address. After arguing, they said they’d arrive in 15 minutes or cancel. I waited 25 minutes, only for them to end up at another wrong address in a completely different zip code, blaming me again. I eventually shared the adress so they could find it. They loaded for about an hour but couldn’t fit large items I specifically prioritized. They finished in 2h20m with a 1-hour delay, and I left quickly to make appointments. Today I saw everything dumped inside the entrance, including a couch upside down with missing legs. If needed, I can provide photos.

Heavy Lifters made it happen. Both loaders arrived on time and went straight to work. Everything I had was in a Uhaul storage unit. I needed to pack a truck for the long trip across country, plus I needed to move a motorcycle for a short trip onto a 5x9 trailer towed by the truck, to drop off for for a sale. They looked at my stuff propose a plan and made it happen. No breakage with either my sturdy things or the delicate things.

Marlin and George were absolutely fantastic. Not only did I book this last minute for a Sunday evening, when I called to cancel because of delays, without hesitation, they offered to still help us get our move finished. They showed up and knocked out a truck full of furniture in literally lightning speed. Super nice and friendly the entire time. They treated our belongings and home as if it was theirs. Will definitely be recommending every chance I get!
