Dre and his team did a great job - efficient, timely and very personable. They were on time and got everything unloaded - and finishing early. Smiths Labors reached out to me proactively and set a time for the unloading, which allowed me to focus on other moving tasks. Very reliable with reasonable rate - so I grabbed his card for future moves!

I scheduled 4 hours. Initially the communication was amazing. They were out the next day that I scheduled my move. They also got it done within 2 hours. When I asked if I could get the 2 hours refunded to me, I was told no. Contacted uhaul and was told to contact the business to get my refund since funds were sent to them. When I emailed, the communication stopped. Great service during move, but zero conflict resolution.
