I had confirmed a time change the week before my reservation and it was confirmed by their manager. The day of the move they were over an hour late because the manager forgot to change the start time. I reserved for 3 movers. one mover did the majority of the heavy lifting, one mover was arguing with the other two the majority of the time which was extremely unprofessional, and the third mover seemed new and didn’t know what to do. I have moved over 10 times in the last 10 years and this was by far the worst experience I have had. To load a truck with my belongings takes less than 2 hours every single time, however because of the arguing and lack of experience of one mover this move took longer. I commend the older mover who moved the majority of the heavy items, he was extremely professional and efficient. Since they arrived late and how long the load took my movers for my unload cancelled last minute and I was forced to unload by myself with no help because of how late I arrived
