I thought I was hiring professional movers! Two young adults showed up. They were both very nice, pleasant young guys. However, it became apparent that they had no moving or packing experience. They were packing the boxes and furniture in any position , not trying to use up the space appropriately. When taking the refrigerator out the front door, they left gouges in the door frame and the door. My husband had to unpack part of the truck the following morning to organize it to make space for additional house items. We called Chris, the company owner who blamed us for their lack of carefulness. Not an apology or an attempt to make things right. When we got to our destination, we discovered broken tables and damaged items inside boxes from them be thrown in and turned corner down into other furniture. The damage probably costs a couple thousand dollars in total to repair and replace. Do not use this company if you value your items.

Christopher Alfaro was very gracious to me when I messed up. He and Sergio were very careful with my delicate furniture, china, etc. They were hard working, efficient, professional, polite, friendly, and honest. Chris was great at keeping me posted about appointment time, etc. - They were moving stuff out of a hoarder house and they didn't have extra room to move in, but they did it all so carefully! They put me at ease during a stressful time for me and I really appreciated them.
