Friendly people. However, the orchestrator assigned to my move failed to fit the job within the timeframe allowed without communicating or exploring other options like Phase I or Phase II. The job seemed to have become overwhelming for the company which led to some items being left behind. Another mover was added and I paid more than what I initially expected which wasn't communicated until after-the-fact. A word of advice to this company is, if the job is too big, be honest and say so; be ready to offer solutions during a critical time in people's lives.
