There was a slight miscommunication at the start but that was partially my fault. After we spoke on the phone to confirm I decided I’d rather not deal with the hassle of renting my own truck and drive it myself and they offered to bring their own for a flat rate. I was busy that day and wasn’t able to confirm these details before 5pm, but left a voicemail. So when they initially arrived they did not bring the truck. Luckily they were able to accommodate me and once they returned with the truck they immediately got to work wrapping all my furniture. When we arrived at my new building only one elevator was working so that continued to delay things. The move took a bit longer than expected but all of my items were handled with care. Marcos and Miguel really made the nightmare that is moving such a smooth and easy process. They even helped me take down and reinstall my shower curtain. They comped the furniture wrap and pads to make up for the delay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.

Luis, Moises and Esteban were amazing help- they packed the Uboxes absolutely to the brim and were such troopers in the Florida rain! They were communicative and friendly throughout the 3+hour move and were very kind and made me feel so comfortable throughout the day as a girl alone for this move. I’ve used them twice and would recommend again. Cheers!

I can't say enough good things about MGM Moving. From the moment they arrived, they exceeded my expectations. They actually showed up early and got right to work without wasting any time. What really impressed me was their professionalism when an unexpected problem came up. While moving my belongings, they got stuck in the elevator for a period of time. Despite the frustration and delay, not once did they complain, get upset, or say anything negative. They stayed positive and professional throughout the entire situation. Once the elevator issue was resolved, they jumped right back into the job and finished moving everything quickly and efficiently.
