We requested two workers for three hours. Only one showed up. Lamont brought his girlfriend to help him once he learned that the second person was not coming. The two of them did the best they could loading the truck. For the unloading, I and a friend of mine helped Lamont unload the truck. Once they arrived, loading took Lamont and his girlfriend 2 hours. Unloading took us 30 minutes. I have nothing negative to say about Lamont (or his girlfriend -- they both made the best of a bad situation.) However, we were still charged for two people for three hours. We should be charged only for one person for 2.5 hours.

Reliable, Efficient, and Respectful Move Makers! Max and Mohamed helped unload my two-bedroom ranch quickly and carefully. They handled everything from the couch to boxes and a standing mirror with attention and care. Later, they helped move a washer and dryer into storage nearby. They were professional, asked the right questions, and stayed patient while I got things sorted on my end. Smooth, efficient, and genuinely respectful, I highly recommend!

They were nice in the beginning, than when it was time to leave to go to next stop they got mad because they asked what else could they help with and i said dressers. Then he started with his mouth saying i didnt sign up for this hope we get a good tip. Was just rude and disrespectful. Kept on saying this was supposed to be easy. I thought this was gonna be a 30 minute job and Call Day. I paid them for two hours then makes a comment saying he never would accept a good job if he knew that it would’ve been more than just what I listed, but I went through U-Haul and they did not give all the detail straight up nasty attitude. No, I would not hire them.
