I recommend you remove A1C PRO MOVING SERVICES LLC from your list of service providers. My reservation had a short lead time. Was contacted Friday evening before my Saturday move - was forced to increase hours from 2 to 4. Chris said anything larger than a 10' box truck requires 4 hours. I had a 26' truck, but had already emptied many contents at my home. Wanted to hire 2 men, 2 hours to handle the heavy items and my sons and I would move the boxes. He would not yield and said, you might as well let the guys do all the work. Felt I didn't have time to cancel and try a new company, so I allowed him to charge me 2 additional hours. The result - the heavy furniture was unloaded and packed in the storage unit in two hours. It took less than 3 hours for them to have all the furniture and boxes in the 10' x 15' storage unit, so I paid for an hour of moving that I did not use. I inquired about a refund of the 1 hour with no response. Please save others from this company.
